ACSA Community Care Conference Magic and Myths14th-16th May 2008 Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre Website: http://www.agedcare.org.au/ This is the second ACSA Community Care Conference. It has been developed around the Conference theme of Community Care: Magic and Myths: the reality and the potential. A presentation outlining the outcomes of the Promoting Independence event will be given at the Forum. The first day of the Conference will focus on enhancing people’s independence and providing innovative services to do this. The crucial role of assessment in identifying and supporting people’s strengths will also be explored. |
